1.1. This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") is aimed at compliance with the requirements of Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 27 July 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and applies to all information posted on the Internet web site at https://scg.aero (hereinafter referred to as the "Web-site").
1.2. The Operator of Personal Data provided by a User of the Web-site is SKYCOPTER LLC. Legal address: 197374, Russia, St. Petersburg, inner territory of the city, Municipal district Lake Dolgoe, Torfyanaya road, 7, building F, premises 20-N.
1.3. The use of the Web-site by a User means the User's consent to application of this Privacy Policy and terms of Processing of the User's Personal Data. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User shall cease to use the Web-site.
1.4. This Privacy Policy applies only to Web-site https://scg.aero. The Web-site does not control any third-party web-sites to which the User may go following links available at the Web-site and shall not be held liable for such web-sites.
2.1. The following terms are used throughout this Privacy Policy:
2.1.1. "Web-site Administration" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") shall mean authorized employees in charge of arranging and/or performing the Personal Data Processing who determine the purposes of the Personal Data Processing, composition of the Personal Data subject to Processing, actions (operations) involving the Personal Data.
2.1.2. "Web-site User" (hereinafter referred to as the "User") shall mean a person having access to the Web-site via the Internet and using the Web-site services.
2.1.3. "Personal Data" shall mean any information attributable directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (Personal Data subject).
2.1.4."Personal Data Processing" shall mean any action (operation) or a series of actions (operations) involving Personal Data, performed with or without the use of automation devices including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, change), retrieval, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, removal of Personal Data.
2.1.5. "Personal Data Confidentiality" shall mean the requirement mandatory for the Operator or any other persons who have gained access to the Personal Data not to allow distribution of the Personal Data without the consent of the Personal Data subject or any other legal ground.
3.1. The Web-site shall collect and store only Personal Data required for providing services, except for the cases when the legislation stipulates mandatory storage of the Personal Data within the time frames established by the law.
3.2. The Web-site shall process the User's Personal Data for the following purposes:
3.2.1. Establishing a feedback from the User including sending notices, requests relating to the usage of the Web-site, provision of services, processing of requests and applications submitted by the User.
3.2.3. Confirming authenticity and completeness of the Personal Data provided by the User.
3.2.4. Providing the User with the efficient customer support and technical assistance when any problems arise in connection with the use of the Web-site and provision of services, performance of works, and supply of goods.
3.2.5. Execution of contracts, acceptance, processing and delivery of goods, provision of services, and performance of works.
3.2.6. Performance of advertising activities with the User's consent.
4.1. The User's Personal Data shall be processed without limitation as to time, by any legal means including such processing in the information systems of personal data with or without the use of automation devices. The User's Personal Data are processed in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 27 July 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
4.2. The Web-site is entitled to forward information messages including advertisements to the e-mail address and mobile phone of the User with the User's consent. The User is entitled to refuse to obtain advertisements and other information without giving any reasons of refusal by notifying the Web-site thereon by phone or by sending the respective application to the e-mail address.
4.3. The confidentiality shall at any time apply to the User's Personal Data, except for the cases when the User voluntarily makes its personal information available for the general public.
4.4. The Web-site is entitled to transmit the User's Personal Data to third parties in the following cases:
4.4.1. When the User has given their consent to such transmission.
4.4.2. The transmission is required for the use by the User of a particular service or for performance of a particular agreement or contract with the User.
4.4.3. The transmission is stipulated by the Russian or any other applicable law in the framework of the legally established procedure.
4.5. In case of loss or disclosure of the Personal Data, the Administration shall notify the User on such loss or disclosure.
4.6. The Administration shall take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the User's Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unauthorized actions of third parties.
4.7. The Administration shall together with the User take all necessary measures to prevent losses or any other adverse consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User's Personal Data.
5.1. The User shall:
5.1.1. Provide the Personal Data details necessary for usage of the Web-site.
5.1.2. Update or supplement the Personal Data provided in case of any change thereof.
5.2. The Administration shall:
5.2.1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes stated in Clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.
5.2.2. Ensure keeping confidential information in secret, not to disclose it without prior written consent of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by any other means the User's Personal Data provided, except for cases stated in Clauses 4.4.1.–4.4.3. of this Privacy Policy.
5.2.3. Take precautions to protect confidentiality of the User's Personal Data according to the procedure usually applied for protection of the information of such type in the business practice.
5.2.4. Carry out blocking of the Personal Data pertaining to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or its legal representative or authority in charge of protection of rights of personal data subjects for the period of inspection in case of detecting incorrect Personal Data or any unauthorized actions.
6.1. Prior to applying to court with regard to any claims arising out of relations between the Web-site User and the Administration, presentation of a claim (a written suggestion on voluntary settlement of the dispute) is mandatory.
6.2. The claim recipient shall notify the applicant on the results of the claim consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of the claim receipt.
6.3. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be transferred for consideration to the court according to the current law of the Russian Federation.
6.4. The current law of the Russian Federation shall govern this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration.
7.1. The Administration is entitled to amend this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
7.2. The amended Privacy Policy shall become effective from the moment of posting thereof on the Web-site unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
